Who We Are

Cultureosity started with a simple frustration.

For years we’ve worked in HR and organisational development, helping organisations run engagement surveys and culture initiatives. And while those tools can be useful, they often don’t tell the full story.

You get scores.
You get reports.
But you don’t always get a clear understanding of what it actually feels like to work inside the organisation.

How safe people feel speaking up.
How decisions really get made.
Whether people feel trusted.
Whether pressure is sustainable.
Whether teams can disagree in healthy ways.

Cultureosity was born out of the need to understand those things better. It’s a platform designed to help organisations see the deeper patterns shaping their culture, not just engagement scores, but the real dynamics that influence how people work together every day.

The approach behind Cultureosity is grounded in organisational psychology and shaped by years of experience working in HR with real organisations facing real culture challenges.

The goal isn’t just to measure culture.


It’s to help organisations understand it clearly, have better conversations about it, and take practical action to improve it.
